  • You are interested in receiving information about Belper Refugee Welcome 

  • You would like to volunteer to help support us

  • Indirectly from third parties with whom we work. For example, if you have made a donation to us through a website such as Just Giving, and have given them permission to share your information with us.

  • When you visit our website. For example, our website uses essential and non-essential cookies which will be saved on your computer and which allow it to function and provide an analysis. The hosts of our website, Wix.com, use cookies to assist the website to function and also to collect information which may be used for marketing purposes. We use the information that you have given us in order to enable us to provide you with information about BRW and how you might be able to help us. 

We may share this information with group leaders within BRW and/or members of BRW who are organising events on our behalf.

How we store your personal information 

 

Your information is stored securely on password protected computers that have up to date virus protection installed.

 

We keep membership forms for up to five years. We will then dispose of your information by deleting any that is held digitally, and shredding any that is stored on paper.

Your right to rectification You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
